Head Coach 15U| Scout Specialist

Coach Garland is in his 5th season with Collective. Coach Garland spent two seasons serving as assistant coach for the 2024 class team before Head Coaching at the 15U level the past two summers. In 2023 he helped the 17U-Murphy team finish #8 on the nationwide NXTPRO Circuit, the only Colorado program to qualify for the Pro16 finals.

Coach Garland has a passion for growing Colorado high school basketball and helping players reach the next level. Coach Garland previously served as a regional scout for Prep Hoops and also ran Colorado Hoops, a high school basketball coverage website. Coach Garland helps bring quality coverage and video highlights to Collective players helping them maximize their exposure to college scouts. He is excited to keep helping grow Colorado high school basketball. In addition to his coaching roles, Coach Garland also serves as Scout Specialist for Collective.
